ABOUT CHEN TAI CHI AUSTRALIA
Cultivate inner Peace and stillness through Tai Chi
Hi I'm Nathan Coxsen. I've been practicing Tai Chi for over 20 Years. I have travelled to China and Europe many times to study and follow my Teacher, Master Chen YingJun to deepen my understanding of Tai Chi and life.

Tai Chi has helped me greatly over the years to combat the negative effects of stress, anxiety and decrease tension held in my body. Chen Tai Chi has increased my energy, strength and vitality whilst promoting flexibility in body and mind.
TYPICAL CLASS
It's divided up into 3 parts.
Part 1: Warm up and Zhan Zhong (standing mindfullness practice).
Part 2: Chansing Gung (Silk Reeling)
Part 3: Learning Tai Chi Form



ZHAN ZHONG - FOUNDATION 1
After gentle stretching and loosening series. One is then adjusted into this posture for deep breathing, energy or Chi cultivation & circulation and to promote deep relaxation.
CHANSING GONG - FOUNDATION 2
Chansing Gong or "Silk reeling" exercises are practiced together to strengthen and coordinate "whole body" movement from the Dantien.
TAI CHI FORM
Now its time to learn the sequence of postures of the Tai Chi or Taiji form one by one.
